1.Can We receive pricing information?
Sure,you can select the models from our website,and write email to us,we will offer you according to your quantity,material choosed and payments.

2.Are all your products in stock?
Some of our products and materials are in stock. As a manufacturer, we will make the products according to customers’ specific requirements. Keeping all our products in stock
all the time is virtually impossible. However, we have a stock program for the material of most of our products. The common products will possibly be in stock in certain colors and
options. We do our best to keep materials in stock. If you wan to order from us, please contact us with specific product names and options for further assistance.

3. How about  the Delivery time ?
Delivery of your furniture will be approximately 3--4 weeks once we have received the 30% deposit. When your item is being delivered please check the box is intact and all packing is not ripped or damaged. If you are not happy with the state of the packaging, please let us know, we will make improvement.

4.What about the Trade Marks and Regulations?
All products of furniture pictured on our web site and catalogue are not original items but
are based on the originals. All furniture is of the highest quality and are replicates the
essence of the original designs. You can have your company logo and name on the outside of the carton boxes.

5.Is possible to get rattanlsamples an fabric samples?
Yes, it is. Please give us your address and phone number to be sure that you have
received our samples. Also provide us your DHL, UPS, TNT or Fedex account, then we will send the material sample and color sample to you, freight collect.

6.How are payments made?
Payment can be made by T/T or L/C at sight, When an order is placed, we require 30%
deposit and the balance is paid before loading.

7.How do I go about ardering?
Please specify to email exactly what model, the material you want, i.e., fabric, PU or leather material , etc

8.So you do custom furniture?
The port of loading is ShenZhen, China, if you buy in containers, the price will be FOB
SHENZHEN, hence we will do the export customs clearance and the local fee here, you
pay the shipping freight and do import customs clearance at your side.
Could you give me more info about shipping?
Pls let us know the port of destination at your side, we will check with our local shipping
company and offer the ocean freight to you

9.Do you make your furniture in different colors then what you have pictured?
Yes. We can produce in different colors and materials you wish. We do customer furniture.
You can select them from our website and let us know when you place orders, but the min
order quantity for each model per color is 30pcs for wine cabinet and 5 sets for sofas!

10. How to install the OUTDOOR FURNITURE?
We have installation intrudction diagram put inside every package .
so you can assample each prodcut very convenient accordingly.
